The exhibition includes Afro, Dino and Mirko Basaldella. Parallel and Intertwined Destinies, which focuses on the analysis and comparison of the sculptural and pictorial research of the three Basaldella brothers - Dino Basaldella's sculpture Pescatore d'anguilla (1934, bronze, inv. AM 1002) from the Galleria d'Arte Moderna is on display. Stylistically, Pescatore d'anguilla (Eel Fisherman) marks a watershed in the work of the Udine artist, between an early archaic phase, inspired by Etruscan sculpture, and a new neo-Hellenistic season.
